Hi, I'm Pamela—founder and principal architect of RootMode Consulting.

I've spent 20+ years in business process design and revenue operations—first in-house building revenue systems for growing companies, then as a consultant helping others do the same. My deepest technical expertise is Salesforce architecture, but my approach has always been stack-neutral: understand the business first, then find the right system for it.

I started RootMode because I saw too many companies stuck between two bad options: enterprise consultants who charge a fortune and staff projects with junior resources, or freelancers who can configure fields but can't architect solutions that scale.
